  All Federal Express deliveries and most USPS orders are shipped with delivery signature required unless customer waives this requirement and advises  RC Hobbyland via email that they accept liability should the shipment be stolen after delivery.

RETURN POLICY

  RC Products (defects)

   Although the manufacturers we work with develop products of the highest craftmanship and quality, occasionally a minor defect may pass through the manufacture's quality control system.Not to worry, our manufacturers stand behind their products 100% and request that you contact them directly with any operational problems. Please do not return your product's to RC Hobbyland or You Will Void the Product's Warranty. You must contact the manufacturer directly using the warranty contact information include in your product's pacgaging.

  Non-Damaged Merchandise Returns

  You may return most items purchased at RC Hobbyland within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping)RC Hobbyland does not payreturn shipping costs for voluntary returns. The following condition and exclusions apply to all voluntary returns.

The product must be returned new, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

Do not tape or affix notes to the product's packaging. Place all written correspondence inside the shipping carton.

We do not accept returns of any books, DVDs, fuel products, clearance items, rechargeable or alkaline batteries.

  Once we have received your return, please allow 3 business days to complete processing.

if you received an order that was  damaged in shipping, please contact us. Do not return the item to RC Hobbyland as the shipping carrier must have the opportunity to establish a claim and possible, inspect the damaged carton.

DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY OF ANY ORDER

  If you do, it may be forward to the shipping warehouse or to the manufacturer, not to our return facility. Accept the order and contact us. There is a minimum 20%  restocking fee for all refused and returned  deliveries, which will be deducted from your refund.
